On the 23rd of November fashion historian, bestselling author and owner of one of the world's largest private couture collections, Alexandr Vasiliev hosted a lecture at St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi, taking the guests of the evening on an exciting journey of fashion and history. Performing against the elegant backdrop of the resort’s splendid interiors Vasiliev explained how immigration influenced and formed Europe’s fashion at the beginning of the 20th century.
